Funfetti Cake Batter Cheesecake Cupcakes

Well, I started off making a healthy cheesecake dip that my dad always makes for a breakfast treat. I however normally gobble the stuff down in such vast amounts that it is no longer healthy. It is DELICIOUS on its own.

Here’s the recipe:

3 tubs of fat-free cream cheese

1 large (16 ounce) tub of vanilla greek yogurt

2 tablespoons of vanilla

Splenda (amount depends on how sweet you like it)

I however, got bored and wanted to make cupcakes. So, I added 2 eggs to the mixture and then added Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix. I blended the mixture together and then poured it into a cupcake pan. I the cupcakes for about 10 minutes. The cupcakes were really yummy. The cheesecake mixture made them more gooey and dough-like than normal cupcakes, but the flour in the cake mix made them rise, so they weren’t quite cheesecakes. They were a yummy hybrid between cake and cheesecake. Highly recommended.
