Blackened Salmon and Spinach

Delicious, simple, and quick healthy meal. I threw frozen blackened salmon from Sams Club on the stove for about 8 minutes. For the spinach, I placed fresh leaf spinach in a bowl filled 1/4 of the way with water. I put the spinach and water in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirred it, and put it back in the microwave for 2 minutes. And there you have it, a spinach and salmon plate in 10 minutes.
